Rock & Stone Delivery
Bulk decorative rock and stone delivered and spread — river rock, lava rock, pea gravel, and crushed stone.
Decorative rock and stone are used for a lot of different applications: mulch alternatives in low-maintenance beds, drainage channels along foundations and downspouts, dry creek beds, pathways, and ground cover in areas where grass won't grow. Unlike organic mulch, stone doesn't decompose and doesn't need annual replacement.
We source and deliver in bulk by the yard. River rock, pea gravel, lava rock, and crushed limestone are our most common products, and we can source others on request depending on your project. Pricing includes delivery; installation — spreading and placing the stone — is available as an add-on, which most clients choose since moving stone is harder work than it looks.
For bed applications, we recommend installing a woven geotextile weed barrier before placing stone. This is important: stone without a barrier eventually works its way into the soil and becomes nearly impossible to clean out. We include barrier installation when we're doing the full install.

Common Questions
What types of stone do you deliver?
River rock (various sizes), pea gravel, lava rock, crushed limestone, and decorative landscape boulders. We can source other products on request.
Do you just deliver, or do you spread it too?
Both. Delivery-only pricing is available if you want to spread it yourself. Full installation — delivery, barrier, and spreading — is also available and is what most clients choose.
Why use a weed barrier under decorative stone?
Without a barrier, stone gradually works into the soil over time and becomes extremely difficult to remove. Weeds still push through eventually, and you end up with a bed that's neither clean nor functional. A proper woven barrier is worth it.
How much stone do I need?
At a 2-inch depth, one cubic yard covers approximately 150 square feet. We measure your area and recommend the right quantity during the estimate.
